3. What features do your product and software provide?
Lovense Browser's main feature is tip-based reactions. This is NOT sound-based. It is much better. You can decide the levels you want and our software will scan the tips for the amounts. If a tip is not in one of your levels, the toy won’t do anything.
You can set up an unlimited number of toys for broadcasting (please note that Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter supports up to 5 simultaneous connections).
6. Can I connect Lush/Lush 2 to my computer to broadcast?
Yes! You can now connect your Lush/Lush 2 directly to your computer. Here's how:
1. Connect your toy to Lovense Connect app on your PC using a Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter. 2. Then, run Lovense Browser with built-in Extension. The extension will send commands to your toy.
Our toys work with sound, but we recommend using our special cam model software. The experience is MUCH better. Check out this page for more information about our cam model software: https://lovense.com/cam-model/
10. I cannot find the cam model extension for Chrome Browser- where can I download it?
Google has deemed our chrome extension “sexually explicit”. Due to this, it is not available in the Google Chrome extension store. You need to manually download and install it. It’s not too hard- just follow the step-by-step guide here to download and install it: https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/guides/add-extension-manually-chrome
11. Why can't I connect my toy to my Mac computer?
Make sure that your Mac computer is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher before connecting your toy. Here’s how: 1. Click the Finder menu. 2. Select “About This Mac”. 3. Click on the “More Info...” button. 4. Click on the “System Report...” button. 5. Select “Bluetooth” from the sidebar on the left, underneath "Hardware." 6. Search down the information list until you find "LMP Version."
If your Mac is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0, LMP Version will say “0x6”. Anything lower than that is an older version of Bluetooth.
• Make sure to fill in ALL required fields in the “Tip Levels” and then click “SAVE”. • Make sure not to miss any numbers within the “Tip Amount” and “Reaction Time” fields. • Make sure you have your phone and computer connected to the same WiFi network (if applicable). • Do not use a mobile hot spot on your phone to connect the computer to the internet.

14. Why does it say 'your plug-in is not supported’?
This probably means you need to update Flash player. Here’s how:
For Lovense or Chrome Browser:
1. On your computer, open Chrome/Lovense Browser. 2. In the address bar at the top, enter chrome://components, and press Enter. 3. Look for "Adobe Flash Player." 4. Click “Check for Updates”.
For Firefox Browser:
The Flash plugin automatically updates itself by default. However, you can update Flash manually by downloading and installing the latest version from Adobe:
1. Go to Adobe's Flash Player download page and download the Flash installer. 2. When the download has finished, close Firefox. Click the Firefox menu, then click Exit. 3. Open the Flash installer file you downloaded and follow the instructions.
• Make sure to fill in ALL required fields in the “Tip Levels” and then click “SAVE”. • Make sure not to miss any numbers within the “Tip Amount” and “Reaction Time” fields. • Make sure you have your phone and computer connected to the same WiFi network (if applicable). • Do not use a mobile hot spot on your phone to connect the computer to the internet.

OBS is a toolset that provides various visual upgrades to your live stream. Not all cam sites support OBS. Please note, you need to have OBS Studio (22.0.0 or later) software installed on your computer before installing OBS Toolset. Watch this video to get started.
17. Can people buy the toys for me without knowing my address?
Yes, we do offer a wish list feature that allows people to purchase without knowing your shipping address. This is how you access it:
1. Sign up for an account with us. 2. Click "My Account" which is on the top right hand side 3. On the left hand side you will see the Wishlist option.
